抗除草剂转基因作物的研究及其安全性

The Study and Biosafety of Herbicide Resistant Transgenic Crops

目前,抗除草剂转基因作物在转基因作物的研究和利用中占据主导地位,为了使其健康、有序的持续发展,对其进行深入细致的探讨是十分必要的。在综述了抗除草剂基因的转化方法及其抗性机理的同时,还讨论了其安全性问题,并对今后抗除草剂转基因作物的研究与应用进行了展望。

At present,herbicide resistant transgenic crops play a dominant role in the re-search and utilization of transgenic crops.In order to develop them healthly and properly,it is essential to discuss them particularly and deeply.In the paper we reviewed the method of ge-netic transformation and the mechanism of herbicide resistant genes.We also discussed the biosafety and prospected the study and application of herbicide resistant transgenic crops.
