摘要
由于机械的工作要受到制造误差、安装误差、构件的动力学参数和外部环境等各种内部和外部约束的综合作用,会造成对平面约束的干扰,使其具有不确定性,对机械的动力学性能及产品品质造成极大的影响。本文引入稳健设计的思路与策略,运用"广义约束"和"平面闭链机构中普遍存在平面约束不确定的观点"对函数发生机构的过约束情况进行了详细的分析。并在可调的函数发生机构的结构设计中,采用了用多种平面和非平面的消除过约束的措施,使原本十八过约束数得到完全消除。实验表明,其传动效率增加,速度波动值也明显下降,故其动力学性能得到很大的改善。
Because of the synthetic effect of each interior and exterior constraints including the making error, the fix error, the mechanic dynamic parameters and the outside environment, plane constraints are disturbed. Based on the idea and method of Engineering Robust Design, and with the application of general constraint and the standpoint that uncertainty of plane constraint exists abroad in plane closed chain mechanism as well, this paper makes a detailed analysis for the over-constraint cases of function generator. In addiction, many plane and non-plane methods are used to eliminate over-constraint in the adjustable function generator, and the original eighteen over-constraints are completely eliminated in the end. The experimental results show that the transmission efficiency increases and the speed fluctuation descends obviously. So there is a great improvement in the dynamics performance.
