摘要
在数字化超声波探伤中,回波信号经高速A/D采样变换后,会得到大量的采集数据.但在探伤曲线的描绘中并不是用到所有数据,因此要对这些数据进行压缩处理,这就需要用到数据压缩器.论述了数据压缩器的原理,并设计了一种新型的专用ISP数据压缩器,该压缩器具有压缩点数可调,可自动提供1024个连续的外部数据存储单元的地址等特点.也给出了该专用ISP数据压缩器的VHDL编程实现.该仪器现只进行了初步设计,还有待继续完善.
In digital ultrasonic flaw detection, the radar echo sampled and transited by htghspeed A/D can get a great many of data. But during drawing a flaw detection curve, not all of the data need to be used. It is necessary to compress so many data, so datacompaction instrument must be designed and used. This paper disserts the principle of datacompaction instrument, and designs an exclusive instrument using TSP which may change compression point and automatically provide 1 024 consecutive addresses of outside data storage unit. This paper offers the program of datacompaction instrument came through VHDL. This instrument is only a primary design and needs inprovement.
