摘要
传统的CT和核磁共振虽然可以作为脑血肿和水肿的检测方法,但是它们不能长时间的对脑血肿和水肿进行动态实时的监测和反映脑血肿和水肿的演变过程,给准确治疗脑血肿和水肿带来了难度。由于脑血肿和水肿将引起大脑左右半球的电阻抗的变化,应用电阻抗测量的方式来检测脑血肿和水肿是一种新型无创的方法,该方法主要是在大脑的左右半球分别注入低频安全电流来检测大脑左右两侧的电阻抗,通过测量大脑左右半球的电阻抗之差来反映脑血肿水肿的阻抗变化的演变过程,从而实时的动态监测脑血肿和水肿的发展演变过程。通过大量的临床实测数据进行了验证,证明这种方法在动态监测脑血肿和水肿的演变过程中是可行的。
Although CT and MRI are able to construct an image for the brain edema and haematoma , it is impossible to frequently use CT or MRI to monitor it, and it is not able to show the evolution of the haematoma that makes it difficult for doctors to treat the disease exactly. The edema and haematoma can cause the change of the impedance of the brain. Measuring the impedance of the left and right hemisphere is a new non-invasional method which can detect the brain edema and haematoma and shows the evolution of the edema or haematoma. If we inject an invariable secure current into patient brain, we can use the hardware to measure the impedance of the two hemisphere and use corresponding software to show the evolution of the impedance between two hemisphere which show the evolution of the edema and haematoma. Large numbers of experiments done prove the method is effective and feasible in monitoring the brain edema and haematoma.
