脉冲电磁场治疗骨质疏松症103例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨脉冲电磁场 (PEMFS)治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法对骨科和妇科门诊相关病例进行骨质疏松症问卷调查、跟骨骨密度 (BMD)及相关生化项目检测对确诊为骨质疏松症的患者进行PEMFS治疗 ,治疗中及治疗后观察其自觉症状改善情况及骨密度的变化 ,并与治疗前进行对比分析。结果患者疼痛均明显减轻 ,6 9.90 %患者治疗后BMD增加 >5 .6 %以上。结论PEMFS治疗骨质疏松症可有效控制疼痛 ,提高患者的生存质量 ,对患者骨密度也有一定程度的提高。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMFS) on osteoporosis. Methods Questionnaire inquiry was conducted among the associated patients in the department of orthopaedics and obstetrics. The osteporosis patients confirmed by bone mineral density(BMD) and laboratory test were placed on PEMFS treatment. The symptoms and the changes of BMD were observed and compared with that before treatment. Results The pain was alleviated in all patients. 69.90% patients had more than 5.6% increase in BMD after treatment. Conclusion PEMFS can effectively control pain and improve the survival quality of the patients, as well as can raise the BMD to some extent.
