重型颅脑损伤后脑积水原因及其治疗

Causes and treatment of hydrocephalus after severe traumatic head injury.

目的分析重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的原因和治疗体会。方法对我院 18例重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗后本组 18例患者中恢复良好 12例 ,中残 3例 ,重残 2例 ,死亡 1例。结论分析脑积水原因 ,并针对其病因和积水不同时期 ,采取相应的措施 ,如侧脑室外引流 ,病因治疗或行内分流术。

Objective To analyze the possible causes of hydrocephalus after severe traumatic head injury and the experience of the treatment. Methods Clinical data obtained from 18 patients with hydrocephalus after severe traumatic head injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 18 patients, 12 patients well recovered, 3 moderately disabled, 2 severely disabled and 1 died. Conclusion The causes of hydrocephalus should be analyzed before associated measures are taken, which are based on the causes and different period of hydrocephalus. Lateral ventricular drainage or ventriculoperitoneal shunt should be performed if it is necessary.
