摘要
借助于DTA、XRD、SEM等手段,系统研究了伊利石型粘土的显微结构、矿物组成、理化性能和工艺特征。结果表明:此类粘土具有高钾、钠、烧失量小等特点,它主要由2∶1型复合层状结构的粘土矿物组成,在坯体中可单独作为复合熔剂使用,具有降低烧成温度,有效提高坯体强度和绝缘性能的作用,是制作高压绝缘子瓷的理想原料。
The microstructure,the minerals composition,the physicochemi cal and technologicalcharacteristics of illitestructured clay has been studied systematically by means of DTA,XRD,SEM,etc.The results show that the clay has low IL,high content of potassium and sodium,the main mineral composition has 2∶1 layer structure,it acts as a composite flux in the procedure of sintering if used only,with merit of reducing sintering temperature,enhancing the strength and insulating performance of the body.So it′s an ideal raw material for hightension insulator.
