压敏SnO_2致密烧结的研究

摘要 通过对影响压敏SnO2致密烧结的添加剂:CoO、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3等的研究,以及不同烧结工艺条件下对SnO2烧结密度的影响,给出了添加剂的影响结果,并做出了理论解释;对烧结工艺条件进行了探索和分析。 In this paper the effect of the additive such as CoO?Cr\-2O\-3?MnO\-2?La\-2O\-3 in the varistor has been studied,it has been researched how the sintering process effects the density of SnO\-2based varistor,the effect of additive has been presented and the process condition has been explored;The result has been analyzed andthe corresponding theoretical explanation has been given.
