The paper introduced an interface circuit with a new integrated chip for telephone end users. The circuit is consisted with the DTLM630 function block of user line, CMX639 programming full double function increased volume adjustment modem and other. Due to high integration of the chip, it makes a simple structure of the circuit and reliable in application. The interface circuit is a new applied interface circuit of the end user's line.
