摘要
目的 :研究胆囊结石组胆囊胆汁中的胆汁酸量及其各种胆汁酸比例与游离 Ca2 +浓度变化相互关系。方法 :采用高效液相色谱分析 10 0例胆囊结石组和对照组的 5 0例胆囊胆汁中胆汁酸量及胆汁酸比例 ;GHBA比色法测定总钙 ,钙选择电极法测定游离 Ca2 +。结果 :胆囊结石组胆汁酸总量显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,三羟 /二羟比值较对照组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,G/T比值较对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,胆囊结石组胆囊胆汁的游离 Ca2 + 浓度较对照组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胆囊胆汁中总胆汁酸的减少和胆汁酸比例的改变与胆汁中 Ca2
Objective:To investigate the level of free Ca 2+ and the change of bile acids composing in gallbladder bile of patients with gallstones . Methods:The quantitation of 6 conjugated bile acids in gallbladder bile were studied using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC )and the free Ca 2+ by calcium ion-selective electrode method.Results:The ratio of (TCA+GCA)/ (TCDCA+GCDCA+ GDCA+TDCA) was significantly higher in test group than in control group(P<0.05). The ratio of (GCA +GCDCA+GDCA) /(TCA+TDCA+TCDCA) was significantly lower in test group(P<0.01). Free Ca 2+ was significantly higher in test group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The change of bile acids composing and the level of free Ca 2+ play an important role during the formation of cholesterol gallstone.
