P21^(WAF1)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及意义

The expression of P21^(WAF1)and clinical significance in pancreatic carcinoma

目的 :探讨 P2 1WAF 1在胰腺癌组织中的表达与临床病理因素的关系。方法 :用免疫组化法检测胰腺癌31例中 P2 1WAF1 的表达水平。结果 :胰腺癌 31例中 P2 1WAF 1 的阳性表达 17例 (5 4 .84 % ) ,明显低于对应癌旁非癌组织(2 6例 ,83.87% ) ;胰腺癌中 P2 1WAF1的表达水平与胰腺癌的临床分期、神经浸润转移密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :与对应癌旁非癌组织相比 ,胰腺癌组织中 P2 1WAF 1 的表达水平明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) 。

Objective:To study the expression of P21 WAF1 in pancreatic carcinoma and its relationship to cliniclopathological parameters.Methods:Expression of P21 WAF1 was examined by immunohistochemical method.Result: The positive rate of P21 WAF1 is 54.84%,significantly lower than that of matched normal tissue (83.87%); The expression level of P21 WAF1 in pancreatic carcinoma was related to clinical stage and nervous infiltration(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with matched normal tissue, the expression of P21 WAF1 in pancreatic carcinoma was lower(P<0.05). The decreased expression of the proteins may be an indicator of clinical stage and nervous infiltration.
