增殖细胞核抗原在婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的 :比较增殖细胞核抗原在不同时期婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达和临床意义。方法 :选取术前未经治疗的 4 5例血管瘤手术切除标本 ,采用免疫组化链霉菌素 -生物素 (S- P)法检测增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达情况。结果 :PCNA在增生期阳性细胞表达率最高为 81.2 5 % ,退化期次之为 4 5 .0 0 % ,退化完成期最低为 33.33% ;3者比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :PCNA的表达对血管瘤的分类、诊断及治疗选择都有指导意义。 Objective:To compare the expression of the proliferative activity of endothelial cells of various types in hemangiomas in different phases.Method:By surgery,forty-five specimens of hemangiomas which were untreated before were selected to examine the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen by means of immunohistochemistry.Result:The expression rate of male cell is 81.25% at most when PCNA is in proliferating period,45% when in deteriorating period,and 33.33% the lowest when deteriorating period is over.Significant difference(P<0.05) exists among the three.Conclusion:The results may be helpful to answer some bewildering questions about hemangioma and provide bases for new classification.
