摘要
利用不同的季铵盐催化剂体系合成了丙烯海松酸环氧酯,考察了不同体系的催化剂活性。结果表明:四正丁基溴化铵的催化活性最高,产率达95.6%。最佳反应条件为:反应时间4.0h,反应温度100℃,丙烯海松酸与环氧树酯的摩尔比为2.0:1.0,催化剂用量为总投料的1%,最后通过酸值和环氧值的测定,确定反应动力学为S_N2历程。
The rosin acrylic acid epoxy was synthesized by using different the catalyst systems of quaternary ammonium compounds. The results show that (CH3CH2CH2)4N+Br- has the high catalytic activity, the conversion of rosin acrylic acid epoxy resin is 95. 6%. The optimum experimental condition is reaction time 4. 0 h at 100℃. The molar ratio of rosin acrylic acid and epoxy resin is 2. 0: 1.0, and the amount of catalyst is 1% feed stock. The reaction kinetic was defined as SN2 by determining acid and epoxy values.
