摘要
网络环境下图书馆读者服务工作从服务内容、服务对象、服务形式和手段等方面都发生了很大变化,这些变化时图书馆服务人员提出了新的要求。文章提出了在新形势下做好读者服务工作应采取的主要措施。
IN the network environment readers' service of the library has been changed greatly in aspects of service contents, service targets, service models and service methods, etc. and these changes put forward new requirements for the librarians. This paper advances some main measures to do well readers' service under the new situation.
