探讨了数字环境下参考咨询馆员所扮演的角色及其角色之间的相互关系,提出了参考咨询馆员的培养对策。
This paper probes into the roles played by advisory liberians in digital environment and the relations among these roles, and puts forward some countermeasures of the training of advisory liberians.
