摘要
对于国内争论较多的高校是否能够成为技术创新的主体问题,提出了作者的观点,即高校可以在企业努力成为而尚未真正成为技术创新主体的特定历史时期,暂时充当技术创新的“临时主体”。文章还总结了高校在技术创新中的4个作用,即为技术创新提供知识和技术支撑、提供人才支撑、提供服务、高校直接参加技术创新活动。
In special historical period when the enterprise is making their efforts to become but not yet really become the main body of the technical innovation, the university can temporarily serve as 'provisional main body' of the technical innovation, and the university possesses four functions in the technical innovation of providing knowledge and technical support, providing talents support, providing services and taking direct part in the activities of the technical innovation.
