论述了21世纪高校发展创新能力教育的意义,并就如何培养现代化建设需要的创新人才,以及培养创新人才的途径及措施等进行了深入的探讨。
This paper discusses on the significance of developing innovative ability education in university in 21st century, and probes into the cultivation of innovative talents needed by the modernization construction and the measures of cultivating innovative talents.
