企业信息科技投资管理初探

Probe into Investment Management of Enterprises' Information Science and Technology

现代企业越来越重视信息科技的投资。然而,企业信息科技投资无论在理论上还是在实践中对于我国企业来说都是新课题。目前既有的信息科技投资理论和实务主要集中于产业层次的讨论,企业层次的信息科技投资论著还很少。文章简要论述了企业信息科技投资的特征、规划、成本与效益及其评估技术等问题。

The modern enterprise is paying more and more attention to the investment of information science and technology. However, enterprises' investment of information science and technology is a new problem for our country' s enterprises theoretically and practically. Nowadays, the existing theories and practices of investment of information science and technology are mainly concentrated in the discussion at industrial level, and only a few works about the investment of information science and technology at enterprise level are published. This paper briefly discusses on the features, schematization, cost, benefit, evaluation technology and other problems of enterprises' investment of information science and technology.
