摘要
阐述了知识经济时代企业集团人力资源开发过程中应注意处理好的几个关系,即组织结构中“无机”与“有机”的关系、企业与人才的“契约”与“盟约”的关系和“智商”与“情商”的关系。
This paper expounds some relations that should be treated well in the course of human resource development of modern enterprise group in knowledge economy era, including the relation between the inorganic and the organic in organizational structure, the relation between 'the contract and the allied treaty and between the intelligence quotient' and 'the affective quotient' of the enterprise and the talent.
