摘要
用磁控溅射方法在K38G合金上溅射了一层与其成分相同的纳米晶涂层 ,研究了铸态合金及其纳米晶涂层在 6 0 0℃~ 70 0℃固态NaCl和水蒸气综合作用下的腐蚀行为 .结果表明 ,纳米晶涂层的腐蚀增重比铸态合金的大 ,抗腐蚀能力反而下降 .讨论了铸态合金和纳米晶涂层的腐蚀机理 .
The sputtered nanocrystalline coating of K38G alloy was obtained by means of magnetron sputtering.The corrosion behavior of cast K38G alloy and its sputtered nanocrystalline coating with a solid NaCl deposit in dry air or in wet oxygen at 600℃~700℃ was studied.The results indicated that the mass gain of the coating was higher than that of the cast alloy.Nanocrystallization reduced corrosion resistance of the K38G alloy.The relevant corrosion mechanisms were discussed.
