摘要
目的 :考察不同水质对依沙吖啶溶液稳定性的影响。方法 :观察用水源Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ配制的 3批 0 .1%依沙吖啶溶液的外观变化。结果 :用水源Ⅰ配制的依沙吖啶溶液的稳定性最高。结论 :用注射用水代替纯化水配制 0 .1%依沙吖啶溶液 ,有利于延长有效期。
Objective:To examine the influence of different qualities of water on the stability of ethacridine solution. Method:To observe the appearance changing of the ethacridine solution for which several kinds of water were used as solvent. Results:The better was the quality of water, the more stable the ethacridine solution was. Conclusion:Purified water should be replaced by water for injection when preparing 0.1% ethacridine solution, which may prolong the expiration date of the preparation.
