摘要 低周疲劳是高压组合模具的失效机制之一 ,合理的结构设计和分析对于避免此类失效显得尤为重要。本文利用有限元分析方法 ,研究了应力环结构参数对多层应力环系统安全性的影响。为了弥补传统设计方法仅进行静态应力分析的不足 ,以降低系统应变能为目标 ,将优化理论应用于实际生产和模拟时较易控制的优化变量 ,即过盈量和应力环材料的硬度等 ,分析结果用于提高组合预应力环系统的安全性。分析方法对类似模具系统设计具有一定的指导意义。 low-cycle fatigue is one of the most prevalent failure mechanisms in the application of die bearing high pressure. Appropriate structure design and analysis is important to prevent the damage happening. This paper systematically analyses the structural parameters that may influence the safety of multiple-layer stress rings system, using finite element method. With the aim of decreasing the system strain energy, the research is focused on the easy-controlled simulation variables such as interference, material hardness to optimize the design of key components of die. The analysis results can bring positive impact on the performance of whole die system.
