摘要
基于金属塑性变形基本原理与钢球球坯纵轧成形的特点 ,建立了金属在轧辊孔型中变形的简化模型 ,运用现代有限元数值模拟的方法 ,分析了金属在模腔里的基本流动规律 ;通过对不同参数的模拟 ,得到了能满足球坯质量要求的合理原料尺寸和孔型参数。
According to the characteristics of longitudinal rolling of steel-ball billet, a simplified model of deformation of metal in the rolling passes has been established; based on the plastic theory of distortion of metal, the author analysis the basic deformation rule of metal in the model by the means of FEM. After simulated different sets of parameters, obtained the appropriated parameters of passes and the optimum sizes of the slugs.
