Design and Application of Traffic Accident Processing System

应用数据库和计算机网络技术辅助处理道路交通事故已成为必然趋势。根据应用软件系统开发的基本理论 ,分析交通事故处理系统中的需求、功能模型和信息模型 ,并据此设计并开发出基于客户端 /服务器结构并应用数据库和计算机网络技术的道路交通事故处理系统。开发成果已经在云南省得到实际应用 ,并取得良好的效果 。

Using database and computer network technology to help to deal with traffic accidents has been the definite trend.Based on the theory of developing application software systemically,the requirement,function model and information model in traffic accident procssing are analyzed.According to the analysis,traffic accident procssing system,which is based on the Client/Server framework and uses the database and computer network technology,is designed and developed.The system has been implemented in dealing with traffic accidents of Yunnan province,and the result is fine.And it can be applied to actual cases.
