高速公路钢护栏锌层脆性成因及抑制措施探讨

摘要 锌层脆性成因复杂,涉及晶体成长及其结构控制.从钢基体材料的化学成分,锌液中的杂质元素,添加合金元素,及工艺因素等方面对锌层脆性的成因进行了分析.结合实际,提出了抑制脆性的几项措施.包括选材,添加合金和调整工艺等. The forming causes of brittleness of zincplated layer are complicated. They involve the crystal growth and the structural control of the layer. For restraining the brittleness we must take the direct measures combined with practice, such as selecting materials, adding alloy elements and adjusting processes etc. On the basis of the studying practice upon the corrosion resistance of steel configuration, this paper discusses comprehensively the mentioned issues. The related measures are practicable.
