摘要 针对复杂平面运动从动件盘形凸轮机构设计的困难,介绍一种根据平动从动件凸轮机构的凸轮轮廓线方程和压力角的表达式,利用MATLAB的强大计算功能实现凸轮机构的设计计算、廓线绘制和运动仿真的创新方法.通过凸轮仿真运动过程可判断机构的运动结果是否与设计相一致,以保证凸轮机构设计的准确性.这种实用方法具有精度高、快捷、便利的特点. To solve the problem in designing a cam mechanism with its follower making a complicated planar movement, according to the equations of cam profile and expression of pressure angle of cam mechanism with its follower making a complicated planar movement, this article introduces a method by which the strong calculating functions of MATLAB are used to compute parameters, draw cam profile and simulate the motion in designing cam mechanism. It can be judged whether the running of the mechanism is accordant with its design by simulation of the cam mechanism to assuring the design's accuracy. This method has the features of high accuracy, rapid and convenient functionings.
