调节内皮细胞功能的新化合物哌芳安他抗动脉粥样硬化作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的 :研究新化合物哌芳安他的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法 :以主动脉大体斑块分级和光镜下动脉粥样硬化病变分级为指标 ,观察哌芳安他对高脂饮食诱导的兔和鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。结果 :可刺激NO和PGI2 从内皮细胞释放的新化合物哌芳安他 ,对高血脂兔和鹌鹑血脂水平无明显影响 ,而能延缓高血脂诱导的兔主动脉和冠状动脉 ,及鹌鹑主动脉和头臂动脉的动脉粥样硬化病变形成。结论 :新化合物哌芳安他具有延缓高血脂诱发的动脉粥样硬化病变形成的作用。 AIM: To investigate the effects of novel compound pivanampeta against atherosclerosis. METHODS: The effects of pivanampeta against atherogenesis were evaluated with rabbits and quails fed with cholesterol-rich diet. RESULTS: Pivanampeta, the novel compound could stimulate the release of nitric oxide, PGI_2 from endothelium, and had no effect on the levels of serum lipids. Pivanampeta significantly decreased the lesions of aorta and coronary artery of rabbits, and aorta and brachiocephalic artery of quails. CONCLUSION: Pivanampeta has experimental therapeutic effects against atherosclerosis induced by hypercholesterolemia in rabbits and quails.
