天麻素注射液治疗中老年眩晕临床疗效评价

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of gastrodine in treatment of elder patients with dizziness

目的 :观察静脉滴注天麻素 (天眩清 )注射液对中老年眩晕的短期临床疗效及安全性。方法 :选择诊断明确的中老年眩晕 12 4例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 6 4例 ,对照组 6 0例。治疗组予天麻素注射液6 0 0mg加入 5 %葡萄糖水 5 0 0ml中 ,ivgtt,每日 1次 ,7d 1个疗程 ,连用 2个疗程。对照组予低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml ,加入复方丹参注射液 2 0ml,ivgtt,疗程相同。结果 :治疗组总有效率达 98.4 % ,对照组总有效率为 85 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组显效 4 9例 ,对照组显效 2 8例 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :天麻素注射液治疗中老年眩晕疗效肯定 ,且安全可靠。

AIM: To observe the short-term clinical efficacy and safety of gastrodine in treatment of elder patients with dizziness. METHODS: 124 elder patients with dizziness were divided into two groups: treatment group (n=64) with gastrodine injection 600 mg (iv gtt, qd), and control (n=60) with low molecular dextran 500 ml (iv gtt, qd). RESULTS: The total efficacy rate was 98.4 % in treatment group and 85.0 % in control (P< 0.05 ), and the patient number obtained marked efficacy was 49 in treatment group and 28 in the control group (P< 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The gastrodine injection is an effective and safe agent in the treatment of elder patients with dizziness.
