摘要
以氯化吖丁啶衍生物为基础 ,通过化学改性得到了一种隐性阳离子树脂 ,同时还研制了一种多胺与环氧氯丙烷的特殊缩合物 ,将二者与氨基硅树脂复合 ,从而研制出了一种具有自主知识产权的无甲醛自交联固色剂。实验结果表明 ,该固色剂可以全面提升染色织物的各项色牢度 ,一般可提高 0 5~ 2级 ,且对色织物的色光无影响 ,同时该类固色剂中不含任何对人体不利、对环境有污染的化学物质。
A new non-formaldehyde self-crosslinding fixing agent which has the intellectual copyright has been successfully exploited through composited from a potential cationic resin which is modified from a derivate of 1,1-biethyl-3-hydroxy-azetidinechloide and a special condense which is acquired from a polyamine and epoxy chloropropane with an amino silicone resin.Experiment results revealed that the fixing agent can enhance the color fastness of a dyed fabric ,generally it can increase 0.5~2 grade ,and without influence to shade of the dyed fabric ,and the fixing agent has not any harmful substance to human or enviroment.
