8.6W掺Yb^(3+)双包层光纤激光器的研究 被引量:6

Yb^(3+)-doped Double Clad Fiber Laser with a Output Power of 8.6 W

摘要 采用多模大功率半导体激光器泵浦掺Yb双包层D型光纤 ,详细研究了输出功率与泵浦功率的关系 ,获得了 1.0 9μm ,功率为 8. A ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber with output power up to 8.6 W is demonstrated, and the wavelength is 1.09μm.
