摘要 详细分析了描述激光导致损伤的“移动的损伤”模型 ,发现该模型不适用于常见的飞秒激光对绝缘性透明固体材料处理的情况 (如 :80 0nm的 10 0fs激光脉冲 ,0 .65NA紧聚焦系统 ) ,此时脉冲与物质间相互作用区域和聚焦系统的瑞利长度可以比拟 对模型做了改进 。 Moving breakdown model of laser pulse induced breakdown proposed by Raizer is analyzed in detail, found that this model is not fit for the parameter (100 fs, 0.65 NA,)of material (fused silica) processing using femtosecond laser pulse, under this condition, the interaction distance of pulse in material is an order with Rayleigh length of focusing lens. The model is improved, and used to predict the time-position relation of breakdown in solid material by femtosecond pulse. There are a good agreement between the results dependent on this model and the experimental observation.
