摘要
CO2 注入量是影响增油效果的一个重要敏感因素。准确计量CO2 的注入量 ,是工艺中至关重要的环节 ,同时也是CO2 吞吐及CO2 驱工艺后评估中解决经济评价的手段。纯液态CO2 的密度与温度及压力成函数关系 ,在不同温度、压力下其密度变化大 ,且在同一温度、不同压力下的密度变化范围也很大。因此 ,仅计量体积流量无法准确得知实际的注入质量。文中重点考虑了影响液态CO2 计量的一些因素 ,解决了不同温度、压力下液态CO2密度求取的难题 ,研究出一套计量系统 ,通过采用测液态CO2 介质流速及同一时间的温度、压力进行密度校正的办法 ,实现了液态CO2 质量流量的自动计量。
The injection volume of carbon dioxide is one of the most sensitive factor that can affect the oil production enhancement.The rigorous measurement of the injection volume is the most important part of the processing,and also is a effective way to do the economic evaluation during and after huff and puff.The density of the liquid CO 2 is the function of the temperature and pressure,the density will change dramatically under different temperature and pressure.So the rigorous injection mass can't be obtained only based on the measurement of the volume flowrate.This paper take into account a lot of factors that affect the gaging of the liquid carbon dioxide,proposes the method to calculate the density of carbon dioxide under different temperature and pressure,and also design a set of measuring system which can measure the mass flowrate automatically using density calibration during the process.
