摘要
用不同分子量聚丙烯酰胺与甲醛与二甲胺反应 ,在一定反应条件下用硫酸二甲酯季铵化 ,得到不同分子量的阳离子絮凝剂 ,然后与优选出的破乳剂进行复配 ,对曙一区超稠油污水进行了破乳和絮凝处理。结果表明 ,二者之间有协同作用 ,对污水中乳化油的破乳和悬浮物的净化具有良好的效果。
The different molecular weight PAM is used to reacted with formaldehyde and dimethlamine,and demethyl sulfate is quaternaried with it.The cation flocculating agent which has different molecular weight is mixed with optimal demulsifier to break emulsion and flocculate the waste water of super viscous crude oil.It was shown that,the two agents has synergetic effect,and the breaking of emulsion effect of emulsified oil and the purification effect of suspended solids in waste water is good.
