MTC复合堵漏技术在塔里木和田河气田MA4-H1井中的应用

APPLICATION OF MTC COMPOUND PLUGGING TECHNOLOGY IN WELL MA4-H1 IN HETIANHE GAS FIELD OF TARIM BASIN

井漏是钻井工程中的一个复杂问题 ,针对塔里木和田河气田严重井漏问题 ,提出了采用钻井液转化水泥浆堵漏新方法 ,并对该方法的堵漏机理进行了分析 ,通过实验研究形成了适合该区块的MTC桥浆堵漏实验配方 ,在MA4 -H1井现场应用 ,取得了很好的应用效果。

Lost circulation is a complex problem in drilling operation.On the basis of serious lost circulation problem in Hetianhe gas field,the new loss circulation method that using mud transform into cement slurry is proposed,and this paper analyses the plugging mechanism of the method.Through experimental research,the formulation of MTC bridge blocking suited for the area is studied and the loss circulation technology is used in well MA4-H1 and good results are obtained.
