The construction of 'Double Type' Vocational Teaching staff is of importance in the construction of the vocational polytechnic teachers.This paper focuses on summarizing the main theoretical achievements on the 'Double Type' vocational Teaching staff construction problems in the chief journals of our domestic vocational education,and analysis on the present situation of this research in order to provide some theoretical inspiration for the research and its practice in the construction of 'Double Type' vocational Teaching staff.
