摘要
本文从合作原则的角度论述商标的翻译。在商标的翻译中应遵循数量准则、质量准则、关联准则和方式准则以达到译语与原语的等值。只有这样商标才能产生良好的市场效应。
The article deals with the application of cooperative principle to trade mark translation.It is necessary to translate trade marks according to quality maxim,quality maxim,relation maxim and manner maxim. The translated trade marks may then attain as high a degree of equivalence to the original ones as possible .causing good market effect.
