本文的建筑产品是指完整的建筑产品,从其发生发展全过程,包括最初的发明创造直到最后商业实现,达到最终投入使用。它的创新效用包括:引起建筑产品投资的积极性,激发用户对建筑产品的需求,提高建筑企业的竞争能力,变革建筑产品的形成方式。
Construction product in this paper refers to the perfect construction product which includes the whole process from its initial invention to the commercial realization in the field of application. Its innovative effectiveness: arousing the investment on construction products; stimulating the users' demand of them; improving the competitiveness of construction corporation and reforming the forming means of construction products.
