完善上市公司治理需要引入独立董事制度

尽管中国部分学者和业内人士对独立董事的引入持否定观点,但笔者认为,中国目前上市公司中存在的问题和治理现状为引进独立董事提供了现实基础.因此,笔者呼吁完善上市公司治理需要引入独立董事制度,同时建议加强完善独立董事制度.

Many people don't agree with the introduction of the independent board of directors in china , but the author think the present situation of the corporate governance is the reality fundation of the independent board of director and suggest that the independent board of director should be completed as soon as possible.
