科技期刊编辑的版权意识探微

Discussion on Copyright Consciousness of Sci-tech Journal Editors

随着科学技术的进步,信息产业的日益发展和全球经济、社会一体化进程的日趋推进,知识产权保护已成为全人类不可回避的问题.科技期刊编辑是科技信息的传播者和"守门人",对知识产权的保护更有着义不容辞的责任和义务.由此,笔者想对科技期刊编辑如何结合编辑工作实践,树立和强化版权意识,学习和掌握版权的主要内容,做一个知法、守法、护法的编辑谈一些认识.

With the progress of science and technology, and the growing development of information industry and global economy, the protection of knowledge property right becomes an unavoidable issue in the world. Editors of scitech journals are the transmitters of scientific information. They are especially responsible for the protection of knowledge property right. The present paper discusses the ways for scitech journal editors to enhance copyright consciousness in editing.
