摘要
本文介绍了核桃的营养成分及其保健价值,综述了目前我国对核桃的开发利用现状,以及国内外对核桃加工的研究动态。
In this paper, the nutrient content and functional value are introduced. In addition, the state of processing and using walnuts in our country nowadays, and the study of walnut processing field abroad are recited comprehensively.
