Advances in the Methods of Characterizing the Orientation of Polymer Molecule on its Surface

随着聚合物分子的取向在日益增多的领域中得到广泛的应用,聚合物取向的表征方法也引起了人们的兴趣。综述了各种有效测定聚合物分子取向的表征方法,如紫外可见光谱法、傅立叶红外光谱法、反射椭圆偏光解析法、近场X射线吸收精细结构谱等等。

The orientation of the polymer molecule has attracted much attention because of its important uses in more and more different fields. This review deals with advances in the methods of characterizing the orientation of polymer molecule, including UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, reflection ellipsometry, near edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, and some other methods.
