新型光交联互穿网络体系的合成与非线性光学性能

摘要 设计合成了侧链上接有肉桂酸酯基团功能化聚合物(E51-DO3-C)和侧链同时含有环氧基团和偶氮苯生色团的功能化低聚物(PPGF-DO3-50),这两种功能化聚合物可分别以环加成反应和阳离子光引发机制进行交联反应形成先交联IPN体系,研究了E51-DO3-C、PPGFDO3-50体系和光IPN体系的极化交联后材料的二阶非线性光学(NLO)性能。研究含DO3生色团的酚醛环氧甘油醚低聚体在BDS·2PF_6阳离子光引发下的光交联过程以及NLO性能,非线性光学系数d_(33)值稳定性较差。利用这两种体系的相容性,设计获得了复合物E51-DO3-C/PPGF-DO3-50,其d_(33)值稳定性有显著提高,室温下30天后d_(33)值保持初值的80%左右。 Cinnamated polymer (E51-DO3-C) bearing Dispersed Orange3 (DO3) was synthesized and characterized, and its photocrosslinking process was investigated. The stability oi its SHG was strongly improved after photocrosslinking and poling. PPGF-DO3-50, a PPGF oligomer substituted by DO3, was synthesized, the photocrosslinking was studied by using sulfonium salt BDS · 2PF6 as photoinitiator, its photocrosslinked film showed better thermal stability and higher NLO intensity. The IPN system of E51-DO3-C/PPGF-DO3-50 was prepared by simultaneous photocrosslinking under UV light irradiation, the SHG stability of IPN system was obviously improved.
