笑气吸入和异丙酚静注两种镇痛方法在人工流产、清宫术中的应用比较

Comparison of application with Nitrous Ckdde inhalation and intravenous dipnvan injection on abortion analgesia

目的 观察比较笑气吸入和异丙酚静注两种镇痛方法在人工流产、清宫术中的应用效果。方法 随机选取我院2002年3月至2003年3月在人工流产或清宫术时采用笑气吸入或异丙酚静注镇痛的患者各100例的临床资料进行对比分析。结果 两组病人在手术出血量及不良反应等方面无显著差异;镇痛效果方面,笑气吸入组显效(完全有效)91例,完全镇痛率为91％;异丙酚组100例全部显效,完全镇痛率为100％,但两组比较差异无显著性(P值>0.05)。结论 笑气吸入镇痛应用于人工流产、清宫术具有良好的效果,且简便易行、无明显毒副作用,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of application with Nitrous Oxide (N2O) inhalation and intravenous diprivan injection on abortion analgesia. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases were randomly selected from March, 2002 to March, 2003 and divided into two groups. Croups 1 was maintained with N2O inhalation while group 2 with intravenous diprivan injection. Results There was no significant differences in analgesia, bleeding and complication between the two groups ( P > 0.05) . The percentage of excellent analgesic effects was 91% for group 1 and 100% for group 2 respectively. Conclusion Analgesia with N2O inhalation which has good effect in abortion is easy to apply and has few side effect.
