摘要
对乳液聚合的十二烷基苯磷酸(DBSA)掺杂聚苯胺(PAn)进行不同pH值溶液浸泡处理。采用元素分析、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射及热失重分析等手段,研究了不同掺杂率对PAn结构性能以及PAn在普通有机溶剂中的溶解性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明:随DBSA掺杂率的增加,PAn的电导率及其在三氯甲烷中的溶解度增加,带有烷基长链的DBSA使PAn形成以DBSA为间隔的有序层状结构;而且合成的PAn-DBSA热稳定性良好。
Polyaniline (PAn) was obtained after emulsion polymerization from aniline in water-chloroform-DBS A system, using dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid (DBSA) as emulsifiter and doping agent. PAn-DBSA complexes was washed and treated in solutions with different pH value. The properties and Structure of polyaniline with different doped extent were investigated by elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and TGA. The conductivity and solubility of PAn-DBSA increased with increasing doped extent. A well-defined layered structure due to the alignment of PAn spaced by long alkyl chain of DBSA was evidenced by WAXD spectra. A good thermal stability of PAn-DBSA was observed by TGA.
