老年2型糖尿病患者血管病变相关危险因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨影响老年2型糖尿病病人血管病变的危险因素。方法:对老年2型糖尿病患者120例的临床资料进行回顾分析,120例分为有血管病变组62例和无血管病变组58例,抽血检查空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白A1c、血脂等指标,并与对照组健康人60名的指标比较,对影响老年2型糖尿病患者血管病变的众多因素进行回归分析。结果:糖尿病有血管病变组的空腹血糖、甘油三酯、LDL-C分别为(11.2±5.6)、(4.1±2.3)、(3.4±1.3)mmol/L;无血管病变组相应为(9.8±3.7)、(3.0±1.6)、(2.3±1.0)mmol/L,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年2型糖尿病患者血管病变的危险因素依次为餐后2小时血糖、空腹血糖、LDL-C、甘油三酯。结论:糖尿病患者的血管病变与血脂、血糖水平有关,控制血糖和血脂对防止糖尿病的血管并发症有重要意义。
