摘要
Su -xx光学雷达节流制冷器是用来冷却Su - 2 7等机载雷达红外芯片的 ,它的性能优劣将直接关系到光学雷达搜索目标的效果。通过对国外同类型节流制冷器的研究分析 ,利用节流制冷原理建立了节流制冷器热交换器热负荷的数学模型 ,采用Delphi5 .0编制的惩罚函数法等优化设计软件对其进行了计算分析 ,在给定的空间结构范围内得出了该热交换器的最优解 ,经过对比 ,实验验证了经优化设计后节流制冷器的性能明显提高 ,为今后节流制冷器的设计找到了一条切实可行的方法。
The J-T cryocooler for Su-xx fighter spectroscopic radar is used cool the IR chips in the spectroscopic radar of Su-xx fighters, the performance of the J-T cryocooler is directly related to the spectroscopic radar in searching the targets. Based on the analysis of the same cryocooler manufactured and used in a foreign country, we set up a math model of heat load for the heat exchanger of the J-T cryocooler on the principle of J-T cooling. The computerized calculation was conducted with the optimized design software of SUM.pas,Delphi5.0 and the optimized design solution for the heat exchanger was obtained for a given space and structure. From the test and comparison, it shows that the performance of the J-T cryocooler can be greatly improved by the optimized design. A practical way for the optimized design of the J-T cryocooler was given for the next work.
