广东的基础设施建设在改革开放以后实现了跨越式发展 ,本文试图总结这一成果产生过程中积累的经验和教训 ,因为这对广东乃至全国进一步推动基础设施建设 ,提高工业化水平具有重要借鉴意义。

The infrastructure construction of Guangdong has realized leap type development after 1978. This paper attempts to summarize lesson and experience accumulated in the course of producing this accomplishment, because it will has an important reference meaning to promote infrastructure construction further and to raise in dustrialization level for Guangdong and even nation-wide.
