在企业的变革过程中 ,企业文化起着阻碍或促进的作用。越是成功的企业其强烈的企业文化越需要定期进行检查 ,否则容易成为企业变革的桎梏。如果企业所要解决的问题与企业文化变革有关 ,那么变革企业文化将成为企业变革成功与否的关键。不同的企业文化对企业的变革起着不同的作用。
