聚乙烯滴灌管料基础树脂生产过程中 ,聚合工艺主要控制参数如聚合反应温度、反应器气相组成中R1和R2 等的波动 ,会导致聚合物密度和熔体流动速率变化而引起聚合反应飞温、结块甚至暴聚。针对影响聚合反应的诸因素 。
In the process of producing polyethylene BD 20030BA as the pipe material for dripping irrigation,the fluctuation of the process conditions,such as polymerization temperature,the RC = 4C = and RH 2C = 2 composition of the gas phase in the reactor could induce the change of polymer density and melting fluid velocity.The process conditions were optimized according to the factors affecting the polymerization.
