摘要
以文献报道的乙酸甲酯催化精馏宏观动力学方程为基础 ,应用AspenPlus软件模拟分析了有塔顶出料和全回流无塔顶出料 2种不同工况下乙酸甲酯的催化精馏水解过程 ,探讨了影响乙酸甲酯水解率的因素。结果表明 ,使用AspenPlus可以较好地模拟乙酸甲酯的催化精馏水解过程 ;水酯比、回流比、进料位置对水解率都有影响 ;在塔顶有产品采出的情况下应合理控制采出率 。
Two different kinds of methyl acetate hydrolysis processes in catalytic distillation column were simulated and analyzed with Aspen Plus based on the reported kinetics equation .The factors influenced the conversion ratio of methyl acetate were studied.
